We Understand Your Struggle

Why Most Business
Setups Fail Before Day One

Setting up a business in a new market is overwhelming. Here’s what holds most entrepreneurs back — and why they need a guide.

🗂️

Endless Paperwork & Bureaucracy

Navigating MISA licenses, CR registration, municipality permits, and Zakat filings alone can take months — and one wrong document restarts the entire process.

🌐

Language & Cultural Barrier

Most government portals, contracts, and legal documents are in Arabic. Without a trusted local partner, critical details are easily lost in translation.

💸

Hidden Costs & Wrong Structure

Choosing the wrong legal structure — LLC, branch office, or freezone — can lock you into unnecessary taxes, Saudization requirements, and compliance headaches.

Wasted Time on Wrong Contacts

Going back and forth between government departments, banks, and notaries without a clear roadmap burns weeks — and costly consultant fees with no results.

🏦

Bank Account Rejection

Many foreign-owned companies face repeated rejection when opening corporate bank accounts due to incomplete KYC documentation or wrong entity classification.

📋

Saudization & Labor Law Confusion

Nitaqat compliance, employee quotas, and labor regulations are complex and frequently updated. Non-compliance leads to fines and business suspension.

With proper documentation and guidance, a standard LLC or branch office registration typically takes 7–21 business days. Regulated sectors like healthcare or finance may require additional ministry approvals. We provide an accurate timeline estimate for your specific case during the free consultation.
Yes. Since 2019, Saudi Arabia allows 100% foreign ownership in most commercial and industrial sectors through a MISA investment license. Some strategic sectors — such as oil exploration, military, and certain media — still require Saudi partnership. We confirm your eligibility before you begin.
For a foreign-owned LLC, the minimum stated capital is SAR 500,000 (~$133,000 USD) for most commercial activities. This does not need to be immediately deposited in cash — it is a stated capital on your company documents. Free zone entities and consulting sector licenses often have lower thresholds. We help you identify the most cost-effective structure.
Most steps can be handled remotely with notarized and apostilled documents. However, at least one authorized signatory will need to visit Saudi Arabia to open the corporate bank account in person. We coordinate every in-person requirement to be completed efficiently in a single 2–3 day trip.
Foreign-owned companies pay 20% corporate income tax on their share of profits. Saudi and GCC shareholders pay Zakat (2.5%) instead of CIT. VAT is 15% on most goods and services. There is no personal income tax — all employee salaries are tax-free for individuals. We help you structure your entity to be as tax-efficient as legally possible.
Nitaqat requires businesses to maintain a minimum percentage of Saudi national employees, varying by company size and sector. Companies in the Yellow or Red band face restrictions on hiring expats and renewing visas. We build a compliant workforce strategy into your setup plan from day one — so Nitaqat is never a bottleneck to your growth.
Our fees depend on the complexity of your setup — legal structure, sector, number of shareholders, and the services required. We provide a transparent, fixed-fee quote after your free consultation with no hidden costs. Government fees are charged at cost with full receipts provided. Book a call to get your quote.
